Frequently asked questions answered

No, the trial account is free and non-binding. It expires automatically after the 30-day trial period. You do not need to cancel the trial account separately. The software only becomes chargeable once you order it and enter into a binding purchase agreement.

The contract management, helpdesk, and weclappPOS cash register software modules are paid add-ons and are available from 55€ per month per user.

Security is always our top priority. weclapp has joined the Cloud Services in Germany initiative. For you, this means that your data is stored in several data centers—exclusively in Germany. Your data therefore never leaves the country, nor is it passed on to an external data center. The contracts (including SLAs, if applicable) that you conclude with us are also governed by German law.

The notice period depends on the contract term specified when the contract was concluded. For monthly licenses, the notice period is one month. For longer terms, termination is only possible at the end of the contractually agreed term. As a weclapp administrator, you can export data from weclapp at any time using numerous export options. In the event of termination, your data will be deleted.

All weclapp customers receive free email support. For telephone support and priority processing, we recommend our support packages.

Absolutely! Our products were originally a modular kit. You can combine our software packages (CRM, ERP service provider, ERP trade) with each other. For example, marketing and sales employees can work with CRM, and colleagues in accounting can work with ERP. The add-ons (contract management, help desk, etc.) can be used individually, but also complement our software packages very well.

It’s easy! Go to “MY WECLAPP” in the software, select “Manage licenses,” and add the number of licenses you need for the required term. The billing option depends on the license term. Monthly licenses can be canceled with one month’s notice. Annual or biennial licenses can only be canceled at the end of the contract term.
