No, the test account is free and without obligation. After the 30 day trial period, it will expire automatically. You do not need to cancel the test account separately. The software only becomes subject to payment when you order the software and enter into a binding purchase agreement.
The contract management, helpdesk and weclappPOS modules are paid add-ons and can be purchased from €19 per month per user
Unlike traditional software, you do not install the software in your data center but retrieve the software online from the cloud. There are no additional costs for installation, maintenance, or updates. You purchase the licenses according to the SaaS model (Software as a Service) and can add and remove licenses at any time. Thus the number of licenses per application is adapted to your individual needs. You remain financially flexible!
Your security is always our top priority. weclapp has joined the Cloud Services in Germany initiative. For you, this means that your data is stored in several computer centers and only in Germany. In other words, your data does not leave the country, nor is it passed on to an external computer center. The contracts (possibly also SLAs) that you conclude with us are also governed by German law.
The period of notice depends on the contract period you specified when you signed the contract. The cancellation period for licenses that are billed monthly is one month. If the term is longer, termination is only possible at the end of the contractually agreed term. As weclapp administrator, you can export data from weclapp via numerous export options at any time. In case of cancellation, your data will be deleted.
Yes. Please contact us if you are interested in our products. After describing your needs and the quantity of required licenses, our sales team will make you an offer. There is also the possibility to adapt the software to your company’s needs for an additional charge. Talk to us, we will be happy to make you a personal offer.
Absolutely! Our products were originally a modular kit. You can combine our software packages (CRM, Service ERP, Trade ERP) with each other. For example, employees from Marketing & Sales can work with the CRM and colleagues from Accounting with the ERP. The add-ons (contract management, helpdesk, etc.) can be used individually, but also complement our software packages very well.

Simple! Go to Manage Licenses in the software under “MY WECLAPP” and add the number of licenses you need and the amount of time you need them for. The cancelation option depends on the term of the licenses. Licenses that are booked on a monthly basis can be canceled with a notice period of one month. Licenses booked annually or biennially can only be canceled at the end of the contract period.
From 10 licences upwards, it is also possible to buy weclapp ERP licences instead of renting them. We will be happy to provide you with an individual offer.
If you need a larger number of licences, we will be happy to work out an individual offer including a volume programme with price advantages for you!
